Ingredients
- 12 oz frozen edamame in pods

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss edamame pods with olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Arrange pods in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook another 1–2 minutes if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with lemon zest if using, and serve warm.
