Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Wings come out incredibly crispy without the need for deep frying. Perfect for a quick appetizer or game-day snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Optional: buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce for tossing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
