- 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Optional: buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce for tossing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Toss the wings in your favorite sauce before serving.
