Description

These Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and bursting with flavor. A quick and easy meal perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
