Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
