Description

This Air Fryer Chicken Breast is juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It’s a quick and healthy dinner option that cooks in under 20 minutes. Great for meal prep or busy weeknights!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  • Rub both sides of the chicken with olive oil.

  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  • Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken.

  • Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

 

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving


Notes

  • For extra juicy chicken, let it marinate in the seasoning and oil for 15–30 minutes before air frying.

  • If your chicken breasts are large, pound them to even thickness for more even cooking.

  • Great served over salads, rice bowls, or with steamed veggies.
