Description

This Air Fryer Chicken Breast recipe delivers tender, juicy chicken in less than 30 minutes. Perfectly seasoned and quick to cook, it’s ideal for a healthy weeknight dinner or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil on both sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
  • Letting the chicken rest after cooking helps retain moisture.
