- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add broccoli florets to the bowl and toss gently to coat with remaining seasoning.
- Place the chicken and broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
