Description

Crispy, golden wontons filled with creamy blueberry cheesecake and cooked in the air fryer for a quick, delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add about 1 teaspoon of the filling to the center.
  4. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, then fold into a triangle and press edges to seal tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place filled wontons in a single layer.
  6. Spray the tops of the wontons with a little more cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the wontons to avoid leakage during cooking.
  • Make sure to seal the edges well to keep the filling inside.
  • These are best served warm.
  • You can use raspberry or strawberry instead of blueberries for variety.
