Description
Crispy, golden wontons filled with creamy blueberry cheesecake and cooked in the air fryer for a quick, delicious dessert.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add about 1 teaspoon of the filling to the center.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, then fold into a triangle and press edges to seal tightly.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place filled wontons in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the wontons with a little more cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wontons to avoid leakage during cooking.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to keep the filling inside.
- These are best served warm.
- You can use raspberry or strawberry instead of blueberries for variety.
