Description

Crispy and tender asparagus made in the air fryer, perfect as a quick and healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Wash and trim the tough ends off the asparagus.
  3. In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
