This 3-Cheese Lemon Basil Pizza is a fresh and flavorful twist on classic pizza. It’s loaded with creamy mozzarella, tangy goat cheese, and salty Parmesan, topped off with fresh lemon zest and basil for a light, zesty finish. Perfect for spring and summer dinners!
Ingredients

1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for topping

Cornmeal or flour, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured or cornmeal-dusted surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, and Parmesan over the dough.

Add lemon zest and a drizzle of lemon juice over the top.

Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes if using.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
