Description

This 10-Minute Creamy Pickle Dip is tangy, crunchy, and loaded with dill pickle flavor! Made with cream cheese, sour cream, chopped pickles, and fresh herbs, it’s the ultimate snack for pickle lovers. Perfect for parties, game day, or anytime you need a fast, flavorful dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles (about 4 medium pickles)

  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

  • Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, dill, and green onions if using.

  • Mix until everything is well combined.

  • Chill for 5–10 minutes before serving, or enjoy right away.

  • Serve with chips, pretzels, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a splash of pickle juice from spicy pickles or stir in a bit of hot sauce.

  • Use whipped cream cheese for a lighter, fluffier texture.

  • This dip also makes a great spread for sandwiches or burgers!
