1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded

1 avocado, diced

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour over the warm rice and stir to combine. Let it cool slightly.

Top each bowl with shredded crab, avocado, cucumber, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
